Restore Your Core 4 Week Series
Restore Your Core is a method of retraining your core & pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive, and supportive to your body. RYC™ helps you learn to move better, uncover movement compensation patterns, and create new patterns of strength, mobility, length, and support. It is ideal for postpartum moms, especially those with diastasis recti or prolapse symptoms, but is also great for all women looking to rediscover the joy in movement that comes from having a functional core.
In Restore Your Core you will learn:
Exercises that restore core and pelvic floor function
Corrective exercises for your posture and alignment that reduce stress and strain on your core and pelvic floor
Breathing patterns that support ideal core and pelvic floor function
And a plethora of tips to help you get the most out of your exercises and daily movement.
Cancellation Policy: This class does have a minimum enrollment. If you need to cancel this class for whatever reason, please do so more than 5 business days before the class starts to receive a full refund on your class fees. Cancellations received less than 5 days in advance will be refunded minus a $10 missed class fee. If we can fill your seat, the missed class fee will also be refunded. No shows will not be refunded.
Accessibility: Our space is upstairs, and there is no elevator. We are available to help you carry any materials you need. We also would love to set up a private lesson for you if you need a more accessible location.
